You can reschedule any booking that's more than 24 hours ahead of time following the steps below. If you need to reschedule a booking that's less than 24 hours ahead of time ($40 cancellation fee applies) please get in touch with us.
To reschedule a booking
- Log into your account
- Click on Bookings in the navigation
- Click on Options and then on Reschedule next to the booking that you want to reschedule
- Choose if you would like toto apply the same change to all future bookings tick Make this change on all future bookings.
- Select the date and time you want to reschedule your appointment to
Please Note: When you reschedule a clean, your regular Crew member will be dropped from the job and a new cleaner will be assigned
